About the Client
Ace Allied Health was founded by Anand Kumar and Dan Doolan, two experienced physiotherapists with a shared passion for delivering exceptional allied health services to regional communities. With extensive backgrounds in regional Victoria, they established three clinic locations across Bendigo and the Central Victoria region, offering physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, clinical pilates and NDIS services to the local community.
The Challenge
When Ace Allied Health approached us in August 2023, the practice had virtually no online presence despite offering comprehensive allied health services across multiple locations. The clinics were struggling to reach potential patients searching for their services online.
The business had no established SEO foundation or digital marketing strategy, leaving them invisible to online searchers in their service areas.
The website attracted only 75 visits per month, severely limiting their ability to generate new patient bookings and grow the practices.
With just 5-10 organic enquiries per month across all three locations, the clinics weren’t reaching their full potential or meeting local demand for allied health services.
