This is a full time, in-office position to enable the successful candidate to engage fully in our training process. Our training process aims to enable the successful candidate to eventually manage a book of Google Ads clients independently and to be a valuable long, term member of our team with significant growth opportunities.
Your job will be to learn to manage a range of client campaigns, setting up, maintaining and optimising their Google Ads campaigns with a focus on generating conversions. At first you will be undertaking training and supporting an existing ads specialist, and once up to speed, will be managing your own campaigns and clients!
Your Responsibilities as a Google Ads Specialist
– Keyword research.
– Competition analysis.
– Researching existing campaigns and suggesting/implementing new strategies to enhance performance.
– Establishing and maintaining campaigns for new clients.
– Landing page setups.
– Setting up and managing conversions and tracking.
– Working within allocated time frames and budgets to achieve nothing but outstanding results.
– Using the latest Google Ads techniques to generate results for your clients.
– Being an active practiceedge team member and sharing your ideas!
– Experience with Google Ads scripts and conversion tracking is highly regarded.

Job Description
We are a leading provider of Web Design and Digital Marketing Services. Based in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs.
We are currently looking for a Web Hosting Support Desk Coordinator with Development Experience to effectively and efficiently resolve all client support tickets, work closely with our web development team and ensure that our website hosting/server and maintenance plan products are managed and delivered to the highest standards.
Areas of Technical Proficiency and Position Responsibilities/Requirements.
- 2+ years experience in website management and support services for clients.
- WHM Cloud Linux Server Management Expertise. (Server load, resource management, cloud linux packages etc)
- cPanel troubleshooting and deployment experience.
- WordPress, PHP, HTML & CSS, JavaScript knowledge.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Manage multiple support tickets. Triage and resolve efficiently or delegate when necessary.
- Communicate with developers overseas to ensure timely delivery of service.
- Domain and DNS management.
- WordPress error troubleshooting site, plugin and theme debugging.
- Quickly & easily transferring/restoring backups of WordPress sites, including setting up staging environments and setting websites live. (Manually using phpMyAdmin and file manager/ftp)
- Clean and recover hacked or compromised WordPress websites quickly and confidently.
- MySQL and phpMyAdmin experience for WordPress support requirements
- Use a variety of WP page builders (Divi. Avada. Elementor etc.)
- Website speed optimisation.
- Oversee monthly WordPress maintenance customers have received site updates as required.
- Log customer hours for billing.
Required Competencies:
