Royal Rehab is a private hospital in Ryde, in Sydney’s northern suburbs. Founded in 1899, Royal Rehab is a well-known brand in the area, and has helped over 61,000 patients through a range of rehabilitation programs.
Royal Rehab specialise in brain and spinal cord rehabilitation, and is Australia’s leading provider of rehabilitation and disability services.
The main goals for this campaign were to increase brand awareness for the business within this specialised space, and to increase the number of enquiries and inpatients referred.
In order to improve traffic to the website, we targeted general terms and optimised the website to rank for these terms, which allowed more people to find the website through searches for their services.
The biggest challenge with this campaign was improving an already-strong foundation for a long-standing business. This shows that no matter how long someone has been in business, there is always areas to improve and grow.
During this campaign we have seen strong gradual growth in traffic over time. When comparing to the previous year, we can see organic sessions increased by 15.11% while organic users increased by 16.43%.
This kind of growth for a mature business has been encouraging to see, and whilst traffic was already strong prior to starting the campaign, we’ve managed to see an improvement in traffic and driving an additional 6000+ users to the website.
With additional traffic now hitting the website, we have seen goal completions increase with this as well – this means more calls, more bookings, and more patients.
Ongoing work is in place to continue to improve these numbers through conversion rate optimisation, and measurement of conversions compared with other players in the space.
