Our client has been treating patients through chiropractic care in Noble Park North for 15+ years. At the time of engaging practiceedge, the current website design for his practice Heatherton Road Chiropractic Centre was considered old and dated, lacked engaging content and imagery and utilised an enquiry-based booking system rather than an online booking. The practice had moved also moved location from Heatherton Road to Police Road and with the website update, it was important to the clinic owner to rebrand the business name from Heatherton Road Chiropractic Centre to Police Road Chiro clinic.
Our client’s goal was to increase his online presence and attract new clients to his practice. His biggest challenge was competing against a number of chiropractic clinics in his area who have current and fresh websites and convenient online booking systems.
To improve the online presence of Police Road Chiro our website development team designed a contemporary site which includes improved function and navigation (on all device types) and the inclusion of modern imagery. As our client is investing in our SEO services, the website content required revision and updating by the client. The site content is now more comprehensive than the old site which helps to emphasise the ability and reputation of the Police Road Chiro while assisting the chiro SEO campaign.
While the new website is rebranded as Police Road Chiro there will be existing clients who are accustomed to searching Heather Road Chiropractic Centre. Our development team have ensured redirections are in place so that the old URL redirects to the new site. This ensures our client can be located using his old or new practice name.
The last piece of the puzzle was including the convenience of an online booking system to make it easy for clients to book an appointment. Incorporating this function into the new chiropractic website design provides potential customers with the convenience of making an appointment in their own time.
