Featuring a team of 10 physiotherapists with access to an on-site hydrotherapy pool and clinical Pilates/gym studio, Physiotherapy Centre Bendigo (PCB) have been treating patients for 25+ years, and have a strong reputation throughout the Greater Bendigo area. PCB wanted a website redesign to give their business a modern touch.
The new site needed to convey a feeling of trust and authority, allowing prospective clients to get a feel for PCB before making contact; the team, the services they provide and the conditions they treat. Our design team accomplished this by redesigning the site, restructuring pages, incorporating authority video to the Home Page and revising general imagery throughout the site. As a result, the site conveys a professional yet friendly and approachable look and feel, drawing in potential clients.
We were aware that when a site includes content heavy pages, the reader can easily lose focus and interest. To create informative content, our web design team focused on restructuring the content blocks in a logical and cohesive sequence. The goal of the SEO Campaign was to increase local visibility for physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and pilates related keywords for Bendigo.
The content on the pages was critically analysed and compared to competitors. Changes were made specific to the keyword themes, which lead to a rise in rankings. Off page strategies were implemented to improve the authority of the website compared to other similar sites, and local relevance was established through a strong Google My Business profile.
