Email Account Clean-up Process for POP3 Type Email Accounts

Step 1: Open yourwebsite.com.au/webmail

Step 2: Sign in with your email address and password

Step 3: Select Roundcube

Step 4: Select “Manage Folders” from lower left Settings icon

Step 5: Click on Folder to Empty—”Inbox”

Step 6: Click on Settings below and click “Empty”

Step 7: Confirm by clicking on OK.

Step 8: Repeat the process but this time with “Trash” folder

Note: You must empty the Trash folder as deleted messages from Inbox are moved to Trash.
This completes the Inbox empty.
Please note that this is only recommended for POP3 mail accounts.
If you choose to have an IMAP account we can only provide limited storage on our server.
If you continue to “fill” your inbox, please check your account settings are set to delete emails AFTER downloading from the server.
