Occasionally, it is possible that you may experience some compatibility issues with our software/products running on your equipment. We will do our best to rectify these issues by either modifying our software or advising you how to correct your equipment (at our discretion). If we need to replace the product, we will do this at our expense.
In addition, we want you know that we offer LIFETIME SUPPORT for all of our products. If you ever have a problem, we will go out of our way to rectify whatever issue you may be experiencing.
