Here’s how it works...in 4 easy steps.

Step1 - Define the location of your datasource (must be a *.xls Microsoft Excel file)

Step 2 - Match your INPUT fields with De-Dupers OUTPUT fields

Step 3 - Select the fields with which the file is to be de-duped.

With this step you must outline the records of your list that you want the program to recognise as being the "same" and tell the program how to group the like records..

You can also define what words are considered to be like.  For example, we consider that Road and Rd are same and that Street, Strt and St are the same.  You can add as many rules as you want.

Step 4 - De-Dupe your list

Click on the De-Dupe button and your file will be produced as per your settings !
